Bug fix: the load_prep.R function resulted in an error when input files
had less than two columns, this has been fixed. Bug fix: in the unlikely
event that there is only one REM sleep episode, the code resulted in an
error. This has been fixed. Enhancement: the user can now also specify
csv files as input files to the SleepCycles() function. Enhancement: the
user can now specify in the ‘sleepstart’ argument whether the first
NREMP of a night should start with N1 (default) or N2.
